Our goal is to make product testing informative, hands-on, and enjoyable. Whether you’re evaluating a mattress, trying out fitness equipment, or testing wellness products, you’ll always be guided by one of our expert testers from start to finish. Here’s a quick overview of how the process works:
Welcome & Orientation
When you arrive at one of our testing studios, you’ll meet with an expert tester who will walk you through the session plan, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable before getting started.
Hands-On Product Testing
Your session typically lasts around three hours, depending on the category. During that time, you’ll interact directly with a variety of products while our team observes and records feedback.
Guided Feedback Collection
You don’t have to take notes—we do that for you. As you test, our expert will ask simple questions, capture your thoughts in real time, and help guide you through the evaluation criteria.
Wrap-Up & Next Steps
Before you leave, we’ll review your feedback with you, answer any lingering questions, and walk you through what happens next.

Our Screening & Selection Process
Application & Questionnaire
All applicants begin by completing a tester questionnaire. This helps us understand:
- Basic demographics (to ensure a diverse range of testers)
- Lifestyle factors and preferences
- Relevant experience with products in health, sleep, fitness, or wellness
- Which product categories you’re most interested in testing
This information allows us to match the right testers with the right products.
Introductory Video Submission
Applicants are asked to submit a short video introducing themselves. We’re not looking for influencers or actors—we’re looking for people who are:
- Professional and reliable
- Comfortable sharing opinions clearly
- Genuinely excited to help others make informed decisions
This step helps us ensure testers are engaged, communicative, and aligned with our mission.
Background Check & Agreements
Before participating in any testing, approved testers will complete:
- A background screening
- A liability release
- A media waiver (allowing use of photos, video, or quotes in our content)
- A W-9 form
- A direct deposit form for payment
These steps ensure compliance, clarity, and timely compensation.
Matching & Scheduling
Once approved, testers may be contacted for specific studies based on availability, product fit, and testing needs. Not every tester will be selected for every study, but approved testers remain in our pool for future opportunities.
